Racial Power
From the base game, Giants may conquer any region next to a mountain THAT THEY OWN with one less token. Occupying several mountains does not increase this. Flying Giants do NOT get a bonus throughout the map. Underworld Giants though, may get the bonus from Underworld AND the racial power, as long as the Giant occupies an Underworld Mountain, since all Underworld regions are adjacent.
Giants get 6 tokens.
